What types of chalets do you offer?
We offer a selection of chalets with high-end services, discreet luxury and authentic mountain charm. Our selection criteria focus on the quality of materials and architecture, on the elegance of design and decoration, on the comfort and quality of the facilities, on specific equipment such as sauna, steam room, swimming pool, hot tub and on the location. Rental prices generally start from €3,500/week.
What services are included in my reservation?
All the chalets we offer for rent are accompanied by hotel services. With Le Chalet Club you stay in a private, unique and authentic place while enjoying the advantages of the best hotel services (reception, bed and bath linen of hotel quality, breakfast, cleaning, cleaning, household staff). The level of service included in each reservation depends on the chalet selected.
How do we personalize our stay?
It's very simple, at the time of your reservation a member of our team will contact you. You will discuss together to personalize your stay by adding all the services you need and planning all the activities and experiences that you dream of.
How do I book a chalet ?
You can book a chalet directly online, using our booking engine. If you prefer, you can contact us by email or phone so that we can help you find the ideal chalet and finalize your reservation.
What types of needs can the concierge service take care of?
Our teams take care of everything: from reservations to babysitting services, including the organization of transport and tailor-made activities.
How will my reservation work out?
To validate your reservation, we ask you to sign a rental contract. Once the contract is signed, a deposit will be required to finalize the reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, a member of our team will contact you to start planning your vacation. We remain available for the duration of your stay. On site, our local team is at your side to answer all your requests.
Are you there to welcome me when I arrive?
Of course! We are committed to welcoming you personally to the chalet to present the place to you. We will also be there on the day of your departure to say goodbye and to make sure that your stay went well.
How will the payment for my rental take place?
In order to confirm your reservation, we will ask you to pay a deposit within 3 days of signing your rental contract. The balance will then be paid no later than 30 days before the date of your arrival. You can pay the amount of your rental by bank transfer, or via a payment link (credit card).
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, for each reservation a security deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the chalet, is cashed and kept in an escrow account (Le Chalet Club). This security deposit is used to cover any damage that may occur during your stay. If no damage has been found, the security deposit is returned to you at the end of your stay. The amount of the security deposit will be communicated to you prior to your reservation and will appear in your rental contract.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation at any time but this may result in fees. The deposit that was paid at the time of booking is not refundable. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start date of the stay we will refund 50% of the rental amount.
Does the Chalet Club offer services for professionals?
Absolutely, whatever your needs are: photo shooting, seminar or press event, our chalets are the ideal place to make your event an unforgettable moment in a remarkable setting.
Can I organize a special event in my chalet?
In general, parties, festive evenings and birthdays are forbidden in the chalets. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
