What management plans do you offer?

We offer flexible and personalized management, you have the choice between 3 plans:

  • Starter: Operations Management

Can I simply publish my chalet on your website?

Yes, with the Power plan you can simply choose to publish your chalet on our website to increase its visibility. This plan is ideal if you already work with a concierge, a local team or other agencies and want to maximize the profitability of your chalet.

Can I call on you simply to manage the tenants on site?

Perfectly, if you manage the marketing of stays in your chalet yourself, you can call on us to take care of your customers on site.

Do you only work under an exclusive mandate?

Absolutely not, working under a simple mandate does not pose any difficulty for us.

What are the stages of our collaboration?

After an initial exchange by email or phone to talk about your chalet, we go personally on site to visit it and immerse ourselves in the place. Depending on the plan chosen, we sign a search mandate (Power/Club) or a service contract (Starter). The implementation of our services can then begin.

What guarantees do you offer?

We have the status of real estate agent, a profession regulated by the Hoguet law. As such, we have all the insurances and guarantees that are mandatory for the exercise of this profession.

On which booking platforms do you distribute rental ads for my chalet?

In addition to our own website, we publish rental ads on all general booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking, Expedia and with our specialized partners.

How do you set prices?

Depending on the level of service offered by your chalet, we set prices according to supply and demand, seasonality and competing offers. We use dynamic pricing tools. The prices are always subject to your validation.

How does a booking process for my chalet work?

For each reservation we contact the tenants to make sure that the chalet meets their needs. To confirm the reservation, customers sign a rental contract and pay a deposit. Once the reservation is confirmed, our team contacts them to start planning their vacation. We remain available for the duration of the stay. On site, our local team is at their side to answer all their requests.

How do you protect my interests?

At the time of booking we require a deposit of 50% of the rental amount. The balance must then be paid no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay. Any amount paid is non-refundable, which is a major guarantee for you. If the customer cancels the reservation before the 30 days preceding the start of the stay you are guaranteed to keep 50% of the reservation amount. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the rental amount is collected.
Deposit: For each reservation the customer pays a security deposit. The security deposit is cashed, kept in an equestrian account (Le Chalet Club) and returned at the end of the stay if no damage has been found.

Are you on site to ensure the smooth running of the tenants' stay?

Yes, and that is of twofold interest to us. We are on site at the time of arrival and departure of travelers. This allows us both to ensure that their stay went well but also to ensure in real time that no damage was caused. In this way, if we notice the slightest damage we can react quickly and set up possible repair and recovery procedures.
It should be noted that for most of the chalets we offer, a daily cleaning visit is provided in the rental, which allows us to keep an eye on your chalet throughout the duration of the stay.

What types of chalets do you offer?

We offer a selection of chalets with high-end services, discreet luxury and authentic mountain charm. Our selection criteria focus on the quality of materials and architecture, on the elegance of design and decoration, on the comfort and quality of the facilities, on specific equipment such as sauna, steam room, swimming pool, hot tub and on the location. Rental prices generally start from €3,500/week.
